Thats a win-win if you ask me!

Try to keep your calories between 1200-1500 calories per day. Listen to what your body needs and treat it right. I practice a 3 day detox reset often, especially after having indulged a little too much. I am not 10 lbs lighter, but I definitely feel cleaner, less puffy and gained a more positive outlook.
